5201314，What a crazy day for me!

Yesterday was 5201314, it SHOULD be a beautiful,romantic and nice day but sadly it frustrated me.
Early in the morning,I met a guest,I don't know that should I laugh or cry.He asked me a question and here is the conversation:
G:"How long if I want to go airport?It is okay if I go airport by 8.30am if my airplane is 10am.?"
Me:"Yes,sir.It is possible for you to reach airport by 9am."
G:"Goodx2!Then here got taxi right?"
Me:"Yeah~You want it now?I can call for you sir!"
G:"NO la.Wait I come down first ar~"
Me:"Okay~See you later."

*8.30am.*
G came down,walked to counter and asked:"WHERE IS MY TAXI?????"
Me:"har..?Sir...did you asked....?"
G:"I told you to help me call taxi just now mah!I said 8.30am I come down worhx!!!!You forgot already mehh???"
Me:"*WTF...I asked you want taxi or not you said wait you come down first..?then now you scold me for that..?KI SIAO!!!"
Early in the morning already met a crazy guest,Spoiled my mood...-.-|l|

After that,I met another crazy guest,here is our conversation:
*ringx3"
Me:"Good afternoon,XX Hotel."
G:"Here is the call from Penang XX Offshore.I would like to make reservation for 10 rooms."
*Discussed about reservation thingy~*
Me:"Ms,due to our procedure,you have to bank in the money as you take lots of rooms."
G:"*bla bla bla..*
*finally settled*
G:"Can you e-mail me the invoice?"
Me:"Ms,we usually give invoice once the guest check-out.."
G:"No,I meant I need the invoice before they check-in,*bla bla bla..*"
Me:"Sorry,Ms,We cant since we have no scanner here.Or can you give me your company's fax number?"
G:"We have no fax machine here.Urm..No scanner ar?Then okay,just simply print it out and e-mail to us."
Me:"*...........wtf?no scanner how to print out &send to you?*Urm..okay,I will try my best!"

*after 5minutes,the same company from Sabah state called me and explaint to me.Faint*I wonder why the offshore girl made simple things to become sooo complicated!

After that,She called me again and requested for so many unnecessary thing,and caused alot of problems.Sienz99....Speechless already!!!TENSION!!
